The earlier, the better — particularly for weekend events, peak wedding season (November through April in South Florida), and large-scale engagements requiring multiple staff. We recommend reaching out at minimum four to six weeks before your event date. For weddings or galas requiring a full team, two to three months is ideal. That said, we will do our best to accommodate shorter timelines when availability allows. Reach out regardless and we'll let you know where we stand.
Our primary service area covers South Florida's major event markets: Boca Raton, Delray Beach, West Palm Beach, Palm Beach, Fort Lauderdale, and Miami — along with surrounding communities including Coral Gables, Aventura, Weston, Pompano Beach, Boynton Beach, and Wellington. For events outside these areas, please reach out and describe your location — destination engagements are considered on a case-by-case basis.
Yes. If you've worked with specific Ready Serve staff members and want to request them for a future event, let us know in your staffing request or when we follow up. We will do our best to accommodate preferred staff based on their availability. We cannot guarantee availability for any specific individual, but we will always communicate clearly about what is possible.
Payment details, rates, and terms are discussed directly during the booking consultation — they are not posted publicly because they vary based on event type, staff roles, number of staff, duration, and specific requirements. We aim to be straightforward about pricing from the first conversation. There are no hidden fees added after the fact.
We take this scenario seriously. If a confirmed team member becomes unavailable before your event, we notify you immediately and work to identify a replacement of equal or comparable experience. Our goal is that any staffing change never reaches you as a surprise on event day. We keep our clients informed throughout.
Default attire varies by role — bartenders and servers typically arrive in all-black or white-shirt/black-slacks depending on the event. You can specify attire requirements in your request and we will confirm them during the consultation. Custom or formal dress code requirements (black tie, specific uniforms) can be accommodated with advance notice.
